No decision producing legal effects concerning you is taken solely by automated means. Compatibility checks, prices and due dates in the hose configurator are based on the technical parameters you select.

4. Transfers

Within Türkiye, data may be shared with cargo companies (if cargo delivery is chosen), hosting, e-mail, backup and IT service providers, CRM providers, authorised dealers and service points, banks, accountants, auditors, lawyers and competent public authorities, limited to the purposes above (KVKK Art. 8).

Some services are provided by providers located abroad: Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager (only with your cookie consent), Cloudflare Turnstile (bot protection, if enabled), map and video providers (OpenStreetMap, Google Maps, YouTube) and, where applicable, e-mail and cloud providers. Cross-border transfers are made under KVKK Article 9 as amended by Law No. 7499, based on an adequacy decision, appropriate safeguards such as standard contracts, or, for occasional transfers, your explicit consent.

6. Your rights

Under KVKK Article 11 you have the right to: learn whether your personal data is processed; request information about it; learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used accordingly; know the third parties to whom it is transferred in Türkiye or abroad; request rectification of incomplete or inaccurate data; request erasure or destruction under Article 7; request notification of rectification or erasure to recipients; object to a result against you arising exclusively from automated analysis; and claim compensation for damage arising from unlawful processing.

7. How to apply

You may submit your request in writing to [Registered address], via registered e-mail (KEP) to [Registered e-mail (KEP)], or by e-mail to info@tandempnomatik.com signed with a secure electronic or mobile signature or sent from an e-mail address previously registered with us. Requests must include your name, signature (for written requests), identification number (passport number for foreign nationals), address, contact details and the subject of the request. We respond free of charge within 30 days at the latest. You may lodge a complaint with the Turkish Personal Data Protection Board within 30 days of our response and in any case within 60 days of your request.
